Welcome to Marshall’s Topbuns Rabbitry. Joel and I raise Blue, Siamese, and Broken Siamese. We also have Mini Satins in Blue, Black, Otter, Siamese and Broken Siamese.
Our daughter, Alyssa, raises White Mini Satins. She also has Mini Rex in Black, Broken and Otter, which she raises and shows in partnership with her brother, Colin.
We live in east central Illinois and have 170 hole rabbitry. While the rabbits are very time consuming and take a lot of work the efforts are also very rewarding.
Joel has had rabbits all of his life, he was born into the “rabbit habit.” I came into the rabbit world much later in life, getting my first Siamese Satins in 1998. Alyssa, like Joel, was born into it and goes into rabbit show withdrawals if we are away from the rabbit world for too long.
Joel is an ARBA judge and Alyssa and I travel all over the country and to Canada with him – showing our rabbits and making many new friends along the way.
